Night supplement (from 8,00 p.m. to 8,00 a.m.): + 20% on all the rates above
Supplement for canals with difficult access: € 35,00
Supplement for boat equipped for disabled: € 100,00
Supplement for hostess' extra waiting time: € 35,00 per hour (hour is not divisible)
DETAILS AND POLICIES
All the rates mentioned are inclusive of VAT
The above rates are valid for maximum 4 passengers with one piece of luggage each and can change during times of high demand (i.e. Biennale opening, Film Festival, city special events)
The way from the pick-up spot to the hotel will be decided by the driver; any particular request by the clients can be subject to a supplement to be paid on the spot directly to the hostess.
Please note that due to particular weather conditions, traffic congestion or restrictions to navigation imposed by the Police of the City of Venice on the occasion of special events (Historical Regatta, the Biennale, Film Festival etc.), the service will be guaranteed with the least inconvenience possible and if necessary through a different route
REQUIREMENTS
In order to reserve the services it is necessary to have the following details:
For airport transfers: complete flight details, mobile number, hotel booked
For railway station transfers: complete train details (train number, arrival time, coach and seats number), mobile number, hotel booked
For Piazzale Roma trasfers: expected arrival time, mobile number, car type and color, plate number, garage booked, hotel booked
For pier transfers: name of the ship, scheduled arrival time, mobile number, name of the hotel booked
DELAYS AND CANCELLATION FEES
DELAYS ON ARRIVAL:
For delays over 15 minutes, every 60 minutes (not divisilble) delay with respect to scheduled arrival time, a fee of € 35,00 will be charged; the client shall pay directly
DELAYS ON DEPARTURE:
For delays over 10 minutes with respect to the scheduled meeting time, every 10 minutes wait a fee of € 10,00 will be charged; the client shall pay directly
CANCELLATIONS:
No fees for cancellations within 24 hours before the scheduled service time; after this, a fee equal to the 100% will be charged.
In case of cancellations within due time, the amount paid will be refunded by bank transfer only.
